What is Breathwork?
Breathwork refers to a broad range of practices that involve conscious control and manipulation of the breath for various purposes, including physical, mental and emotional well-being. The type of breathwork that we teach here is called Circular Breathing, it is two breaths in and one breath out, all done through your mouth. A typical breathwork session can last anywhere between 30 min to 2 hours.
Breathwork came into my life at a time when I felt lost, alone and unsure which direction to go. After my first experience I never felt more alive and connected to my heart space. It is such a beautiful way to tap into your emotions and learn to navigate them with more clarity.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is an ancient practice that uses different aspects of sound such as music, voice, and ambient noises, to improve an individuals emotional and physical well-being. When you create a space of safety for your body to relax Breathwork and Sound healing co-create deep beautiful and peaceful shifts within your subconscious. These two practices have brought me to a place where I can slow down and make decisions in my life more confidently, when paired together it relaxes the nervous system and can create a space of safe release of all that we hold on to. It’s time to let it all go.
We are all running on auto pilot with work, self care, life, children, family, etc. It’s sometimes hard to keep up. I get it. It can be a beautiful experience when we give ourselves the gift of slowing down, we accomplish so much more with a regulated nervous system and these practices could be one that assists you on your healing journey.
